I am a researcher with 10+ years of market research experience and 5 years user experience research. I have experience with a broad range of methodologies in both the qualitative and quantitative areas, but I am always looking for an opportunity to employ a new approach. I have worked on B2B products as well as many B2C clients. In the consumer realm, my clients include CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods – consumables aka stuff you see in Target) such as OTC drugs, first aid supplies, soft drinks/beverages, yogurt; restaurants; financial services; non-profit companies.
I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Marist College and a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from the University of California, Irvine.
